If you choose "monthly program", you will receive a new training program every month. The new program is based on analysis of the most important sessions, tests and feedback. Follow-up weekly as desired.
14. DAY PROGRAM. NOK 2000.- PR. MND.
If you choose the "14th day program", you will get a new programme every two weeks. Every 14 days, the new program is based on analysis of the most important sessions, as well as tests and feedback. Daily follow-up as desired.
WEEKLY PROGRAM. NOK NOK 3,000.- MONTHLY.

In running, cycling and triathlon, there are no shortcuts to success. It takes time to change training habits, and the body needs time to respond to new stimuli and be lifted to a new level. To achieve progress, continuity is very important, and athletes respond differently to training. I want to follow athletes for a minimum of 6 months, but there is no commitment period. A month of training will be able to produce results, but training over 6 months builds a far better foundation for achieving set goals.
